		<description>This is really good information but I noticed that you didn&#039;t mention solar stills. Finding water in animals such as the fluids along the spine in fish and the eyes of animals are rich in minerals and have a lot of fluids. Drinking too much coconut milk can lead to diarrhea which would deplete your bodies water even more.</description>
